Property management here is absolutely excellent and there is no other way to put it. Since the beginning of my apartment hunting in Pitt, I've seen Encore staff go out of their way to help me over and over again without batting an eye. They've been incredibly kind, patient and inviting. Erica notably has been so lovely to work with as the Property Manager. She is such a delight, hilarious, and even gave me the warmest hug when I came to move in. I couldn't have asked for a better staff to have here. My apartment is stunning and spacious. Every part of this building inside and out is sophisticated and elevated.. and the accompanying professionalism raises the bar high into outer space. Not to mention... the natural light and views!
